Milestone E-Cell 4: 2nd Quarter

The work to be done this quarter will be the introduction of a new Logging API and Logging system, based in the front-end of the software, the addition of a new Array data type for the Polymorph class, and the restructuring of the fundamental kernel data types(Stepper, Variable, Process, and System).
